Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

At Prestigebag.io, we value our customers and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction with your watch purchase, we have established the following return, exchange, and repair policies:

1. Refund Policy

Eligibility 

You may return a bag within 7 days of the original purchase date if it meets the following conditions:

  • The bag is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The bag is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and dust bag.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
  • All the return shipping cost will bear by customer

Refund Process

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process.please share pictures or video of the watch with us.

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.(Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping) and we will bare the shipping cost.

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 24hrs. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

2. Exchange Policy

Eligibility

You may request an exchange for a different watch within 14 days of the original purchase date if the following conditions are met:

  • The bag is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The bag is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and dust bag.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Exchange Process

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process and specify the watch you would like to receive in exchange.

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping)

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify that it meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the requested replacement watch to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
